#VOSF2026 Join a Festival Chorus!
Join singers from various backgrounds in the VOS Festival Choruses, one of the signature experiences of VOS Festival 2026. Bringing together choristers of different ages and experience levels, the Festival Choruses offer participants the opportunity to rehearse and perform under the guidance of internationally acclaimed conductors while connecting with fellow singers who share a passion for choral music.
This year's Festival Choruses will be led by an outstanding lineup of guest conductors:
Mak Chi Hoe (Malaysia) – Virtuosi Festival Chorus
Leiu Ryland-Jones (Estonia) – Community Festival Chorus and Children's Festival Chorus
Dr Jeffery Redding (USA), Recipient of the 2019 GRAMMY Music Educator Award – Youth Festival Chorus
Participants may register for one of four choruses based on their age and musical experience:
Virtuosi Festival Chorus (AUDITIONED) – For experienced musicians, choristers, music teachers and conductors seeking an advanced choral experience, 21 years old and above.
Community Festival Chorus – For adult singers (21 years old and above) with choral experience, who are looking to learn, perform and sing alongside a welcoming community.
Children's Festival Chorus – For young singers aged 9–14 with at least one year of choral experience.
Youth Festival Chorus – For singers aged 15–28 with at least three years of choral experience who are eager to explore challenging repertoire and perform at a high level.
