Roe Curie

Collaborative Pianist

VOS Ladies Choir, VOS Youth Choir and VOS Children’s Choir

Curie is a Singapore-born Korean freelance accompanist and singer active in both the classical and pop music scenes. A classically trained pianist, she achieved her Licentiate Diploma (LTCL) in piano performance from Trinity College London at the age of 17 and graduated with a Minor in Music from the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music (YSTCM).

As a versatile classical musician, she works extensively as a collaborative pianist for solo instruments, a rehearsal pianist for major choral symphonic works, and an accompanist for international choral competitions, festivals, and tours across the UK, Slovakia, Korea, and Vietnam. Her performance credits span prominent local venues, including the Singapore National Stadium, British High Commission, Esplanade Outdoor Theatre, Concert Hall and Concourse, Victoria Concert Hall, and SOTA Concert Hall. At Voices of Singapore, she serves as one of the resident accompanists, supporting the VOS Ladies, Children, and Youth Choirs.

Beyond her classical engagements, Curie is an active session and gigging vocalist in the local live music scene. She performs regularly both as a solo artist and as the lead singer and keyboardist for the pop band MOHANO, maintaining a diverse portfolio across both the classical and commercial music worlds.
