VOICES Music Mentorship Programme
The VOICES Music Mentorship Programme was designed to support emerging singer-songwriters by providing industry guidance, skills development and professional opportunities. Held in 2022, the programme paired young musicians with seasoned industry professionals through a comprehensive series of workshops and personalised coaching.
Participants gained insights into key aspects of the music industry, including songwriting, marketing, and music distribution. In addition to group learning sessions, mentees received one-on-one vocal coaching, refining their artistry and helping them develop their unique sound.
As a culmination of the programme, the top three mentees were awarded a recording and distribution deal with Ardant Studio and Where Are The Fruits. By equipping emerging artists with essential tools and industry connections, the VOICES Music Mentorship Programme catalysed the next generation of Singaporean musicians to launch their professional careers.
